Department Overview

The ArchIQ platform, which includes our innovative Pulse product, is at the heart of our restaurant technology strategy. Pulse provides our restaurant General Managers with critical data and insights to improve restaurant operations and deliver feel-good moments for our customers. As we continue to invest in this strategic platform, we are looking for a passionate product leader to support its growth.

Role Summary

As a Supervisor on the Pulse product team, you will be an early-career Product Manager who supports product delivery and builds foundational product skills. You will be focused on learning, execution, and developing strong product instincts. You will play a key role in translating the product vision into tangible features, working closely with your squad to deliver value to our restaurants. This role is primarily focused on story-writing, execution support, and coordinating delivery efforts for key components of the Pulse platform.

Duties

What you’ll do:

  • Support Roadmap Execution: Maintain roadmap artifacts, keep the product backlog organized and prioritized for the next 3 sprints (6 weeks), and track dependencies and risks with guidance from your Product Manager.
  • Translate Vision into Action: Articulate the product vision to the engineering squad and connect day-to-day development work back to the broader strategic goals for Pulse.
  • Define Features and Requirements: Turn direction from product leadership into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Document decisions and maintain product documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Drive Sprint Activities: Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other sprint coordination activities. Answer clarifying questions from the Engineering and Experience Design (XD) squads to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
  • Leverage Data: Understand and monitor the core KPIs for your feature area. Partner with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and run basic analyses to support feature performance and user feedback analysis.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Prepare stakeholder materials, track follow-ups from meetings, and proactively surface risks and blockers. Build trust with engineering, design, and operations partners through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications

  • 0-2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a relevant role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce well-structured and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience supporting agile sprint rituals (e.g., planning, refinement, retrospectives).
  • Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop into a product leader. You ask for coaching, absorb context quickly, and contribute to a healthy team dynamic.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $104,482.00 - $130,602.00 per year
